his low-key turtle was comfortable with me swimming along side of him as long as I understood he was leading the parade

but made sure I knew he was leading the swim

He allowed me to stay close

He likes to hang out at Stella Maris Marina where I have had the good fortune to catch up with him on three separate occasions

Cabo Shores II Critters from a hiking path highThis is one of a series of three photos shot on the expansive white sand beach in San Jose del Cabo where I was visiting for a friends wedding (which by the way, was hella fun.) I was captivated by the varying textures at the shore the coarse, but unblemished sand, the foamy shore break and the glistening sea.
